Kate Hughes

Kate Hughes is Director of Development at JUSTICE, overseeing the organisations fundraising strategy, with a focus on long-term growth, innovation and sustainability.

Kate joined JUSTICE in 2026 from The King’s Trust, where she worked for almost 13 years in a range of fundraising leadership roles, helping to shape strategy, strengthen partnerships and drive sustainable growth across a large and complex organisation.

Kate’s previous experience prior to The Trust was managing global events and sponsorship in the private and arts sector. Kate brings well developed skills in stakeholder and project management, donor engagement and leading high performing, inclusive teams.
