JUSTICE roundtables on Home Office disclosure and fraud review

In October 2023, the Home Office launched an independent review into disclosure and fraud offences. This review, chaired by Jonathan Fisher KC, forms part of the Fraud Strategy published by the previous government in May 2023.
In March 2024, JUSTICE hosted four roundtable events in connection with the review.
