Nandini is a Senior Legal Fellow at JUSTICE. She is leading scoping research on public legal education, a key area of development at JUSTICE; and a project examining the governance and accountability of England’s courts and tribunals.
Nandini’s experience includes training in immigration-related public and private law claims at Wilson Solicitors LLP, where she represented clients in matters spanning modern slavery indicators in public procurement to detention under the Terrorism Act 2000. Thereafter she undertook a Linklaters Fellowship at JUSTICE, where she undertook research on the implications of AI and data-driven technologies on the justice system. She then was a researcher at the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law, where she assessed the rule of law impact of past and current legislation. She also published research on the use of European rule of law standards by UK actors.
Nandini holds a BA in History from the University of Cambridge.
