Event Details

JUSTICE and APPEAL are convening a private roundtable during Labour Party Conference to explore how the law can better support those who have been wrongfully convicted. The discussion will focus on reforming the current compensation regime, which requires victims to prove their innocence beyond reasonable doubt - a test that excludes many whose convictions have been quashed.

This roundtable is by invitation only. If you are interested in attending, please contact the JUSTICE events team: events@justice.org.uk
