Every October JUSTICE holds an annual lecture, which is open to the public.

JUSTICE Annual Lecture 2007: Are judges now out of their depth? was given by Professor Conor Gearty, Centre for the Study of Human Rights, London School of Economics on Wednesday 17 October. JUSTICE Annual Lecture 2006: Politics and the Law: Constitutional balance or institutional confusion? was given by Professor Jeffrey Jowell QC, Professor of Public Law, University College London on Tuesday 17 October. This lecture is published in the JUSTICE Journal 2006 Volume 3 Number 2.

JUSTICE Annual Lecture 2005: A debate entitled: "Changing the rules: the judiciary, human rights and the constitution". The panel was Michael Beloff QC, Professor Robert Hazell, Baroness Helena Kennedy QC, Roger Smith and the debate was chaired by Lord Steyn of Swafield.
JUSTICE produced a discussion paper as a prelude to a longer examination. The debate is published in the JUSTICE Journal 2005 Volume 2 Number 2.
