    For over 50 years JUSTICE has consistently lobbied for improvements to make the criminal justice system fairer and more effective.

    JUSTICE is one of the main UK organisations scrutinising the legal and human rights implications of EU justice and home affairs proposals.

    Improving the legal system and, in particular, access to justice has always been an integral part of JUSTICE's policy work.

    JUSTICE defends the rule of law as the cornerstone of democracy and the protection of rights.
