• our support of the European Convention on Human Rights and the Human Rights Act
• scrutinising legislation as it passes through Parliament
• making expert interventions in the courts
• educating lawyers and the public via conferences, seminars and lectures
• publishing high-quality research on specific and contentious areas of law
