Access to courts and other dispute resolutions systems
JUSTICE was influential in the establishment of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration (‘the Ombudsman’). We have since argued for an expanded remit for the office. We are interested in the operation of the courts, tribunals and other sources of adjudication. We have supported the development of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.
