JUSTICE responds to Strasbourg judgement on hearsay evidence

Al-Khawaja and Tahery v UK was heard on appeal from the Fourth Section of the Strasbourg court to the Grand Chamber.JUSTICE was granted permission to intervene as a third party in the case.
