Supreme Court rules against government on compensation for miscarriages of justice

JUSTICE response to UK Supreme Court judgment in Adams v Secretary of State for JusticeOn 11 May the UK Supreme Court rejected the government’s arguments that only people who could prove their innocence would be entitled to compensation for miscarriages of justice in the case of Adams v Secretary of State for Justice.
